§ 32. Sir CHARLES OMANasked the Secretary of State for India (1) on what system the representatives from India who are to attend for consultation with the Joint Committee of the Houses of Lords and Commons will be chosen;
(2) whether the representatives from India who are to be present at the meeting of the Joint Committee of the Houses of Lords and Commons will have the right of questioning witnesses;
1961 (3) whether facilities will he afforded at the meeting of the Joint Committee of the Houses of Lords and Commons for the representatives of the services, as witnesses or otherwise?
