Sir B. EYRES MONSELLThe present management of these bars by Navy, Army and Air Force Institutes is, so far as the Admiralty are aware, quite satisfactory, and as my hon. Friend knows the present proposal has been rejected in the past on more than one occasion after full consideration. I am willing, however, to call for reports from the Commanders-in-Chief at the home ports on the working of the present system and on the desirability or otherwise of the change suggested.
