Dorman Long for the construction of a £2,000,000 bridge; and if, in view of the importance of this contract, involving an order for £1,000,000 of British steelwork, he will be prepared to make an exception in this case to the general embargo on foreign loans, so that the conditional proviso that part of the sum required is raised in this country can be fulfilled?
