Sir FRANK SANDERSONasked the Minister of Transport whether, in view of the urgency of the matter, he is now in a position to give his approval to the agreement entered into in September last by the London and North Eastern Railway Company with the London Midland and Scottish Railway Company and the Great Western Railway Company covering traffic competition between the three companies, which was submitted to him for approval in September, 1932?
Mr. STANLEYI have the agreement to which my hon. Friend refers under consideration, and hope to be in a position to give my decision in the matter at an early date.
