Mr. HALESasked the Minister of Transport whether his attention has been called to the application by the corporation of the city of Stoke-on-Trent for the omnibus companies to produce their books on the hearing of an appeal to him against the decision of the traffic commissioners abolishing the coupon system; and whether he will adjourn the appeal until the said books have been produced?
