Mr. WILLS (forMr. HANNON)asked the Secretary of State for the 1174 Colonies if his attention has been called to the representations made by the Imperial Association of Jamaica to the Governor of that Colony on 20th February list, urging the menace in the Jamaica market to British Empire-manufactured products owing to the increased volume of imports of cheap cotton piece goods, artificial silks, and rubber shoes from Japan; and if he contemplates any measures to safeguard inter-Imperial trade in Jamaica?
