Resolved, That so much of the Lords Message (7th March) as relates to Consolidation Bills be now considered."—[Sir Frederick Thomson.]

So much of the Lords Message considered accordingly.

Ordered, That a Select Committee of six Members be appointed to join with a Committee appointed by the Lords to consider all Consolidation Bills in the present Session.

Message to the Lords to acquaint them therewith.

Mr. Entwistle, Mr. Fielden, Mr. Janner, Major 'Milner, Mr. Robert Smith, and Mr. Ross Taylor nominated Members of the Committee.

Ordered, That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers and records.
