Sir H. YOUNGThe answer to the first part of the question is in the negative. It is not contemplated to alter the statutory provisions on the subject.
§ Sir R. BLAKERDoes the right hon. Gentleman realise the great hardship imposed upon a large number of smaller people, by reason of the high cost of appeals to Quartet Sessions, and, if not, will be consider any information which I am able to bring to his notice?
