Mr. HUTCHISONasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in view of the high rate of interest now being paid for loans under the Small Dwellings Acquisition Acts, he will consider the possibility of floating a large conversion loan to embrace either all such advances or a portion of them, with the object of reducing the interest rate to the level of the interest on the late conversion loan?
