Motion made, and Question proposed, That, for the purpose of any Act of the present Session (hereinafter referred to as 'the said Act') to continue in force for a further period the Unemployment Insurance Act, 1930, and Sections one and two of the Unemployment Insurance (No. 3) Act, 1931. it is expedient to provide that there shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament any increase resulting from the operation of the said Act in expenditure which is authorised to be so de- frayed by virtue of the Unemployment Insurance Act, 1930 (as amended by subsequent enactments), or Section four of the Unemployment Insurance (No. 3) Act, 1931, or any other enactment the operation of which is limited by reference to the duration of the Unemployment Insurance Act, 1930."— (King's Recommendation signified.)—[Sir H.
