§ Lieut.-Colonel COLVILLEThe British Legation at Stockholm state that they are reliably informed that Kraft paper, weighing not less than 40 grammes per square metre, has, during the past months, been sold for internal consumption in Sweden at prices ranging from 32 ore to 44 ore per kilogramme, the price varying with the circumstances of the sale. It is understood that these prices are general and are regulated by the cartel.
