asked the President of the Board of Trade with which foreign countries negotiations are now being carried on with a view to new trade agreements?

The negotiations with Argentina in regard to Argentine Customs Duties which are provided for in Article 3 of the recent Convention with that country, are about to be opened at Buenos Aires and those with Finland are proceeding. Certain preliminary discussions have taken place or are about to take place with Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
