§ Mr. BURNETTIs my hon. and gallant Friend satisfied that members of county councils are made aware as to the provisions in that circular, Sections 16 and 21, with regard to tenders and supplies of material?
§ Lieut.-Colonel HEADLAMThe officers of local authorities have this information, which can easily be obtained by members of county councils and other local bodies if they so desire.
§ Mr. BURNETTIs my hon. and gallant Friend satisfied that those provisions will be carried out if members of county councils do not happen to be supplied with the information?
