§ Mr. E. BROWNI regret that it is not practicable to prepare an estimate on the lines suggested. It is not intended to set any limit to the quantity of motor spirit which may obtain the advantage of the guarantee announced by my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister in the reply he gave on Monday, 17th July, to my hon. Friend the Member for Linlithgow (Sir A. Baillie).
