asked the Secretary of State for Dominions Affairs whether the totalisator is in operation in any of the Dominions?

Mr. J. H. THOMAS

I have not complete official information, but I understand that the totalisator is in operation in all the Dominions except Newfoundland.

Mr. T. WILLIAMS

Can the right hon. Gentleman say whether the totalisator is in use in any part of the Dominions with regard to greyhounds?

Mr. THOMAS

I do not know, but I do not think it is good in either case.
