My right hon. Friend made a statement before the Joint Select Committee with reference to the evidence he had already given before the Committee. The statement, together with the observations of Members of the Committee and delegates, will be published as Record No. 2 of the proceedings of the Committee and will he available to hon. Members about seven o'clock this evening.
