12. Mr. BERNAYS

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the Government are now in the position to announce the composition of the British delegation to the Assembly at Geneva?

The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Mr. Eden)

The United Kingdom delegation will consist of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, the First Commissioner of Works, the Financial Secretary to the Treasury, the Under-Secretary of State for Home Affairs, my hon. Friend the Junior Member for Dundee (Miss Horabrugh) and Sir William Malkin. My right hon. Friend has asked me to take this opportunity of expressing his regret that, owing to previous engagements, Lord Cecil was unable to accept the invitation extended to him by His Majesty's Government to act as a delegate on this occasion.
