§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERI am not aware what restrictions my hon. and gallant Friend has in mind, but I am sure we can rely upon the High Commissioner for Palestine to take such steps as may be practicable to secure the maximum traffic for the new port of Haifa.
