Cross, Tetley, and Company, Limited, Banfurlong, near Wigan; and whether it is his intention to institute proceedings in this case?
§ Mr. E. BROWNThe attention of the divisional inspector was called to this case on 9th June. He has since investigated the matter and the owners claim for exemption under Section 1 (2) of the Coal Mines Regulation Act, 1908. A full report from the divisional inspector reached me this morning and will be considered.
