§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAIn reply to the first part of the question, I regret that full information is not yet available. It, is, however, clear that an extension, as suggested in the second part, of the coniderable concession made in accordance with the Temporary Staffs Committee Report in regard to counting past temporary service for pension would involve a further considerable expenditure. No justification is seen for re-opening the matter.
