asked the Minister of Health If lie has yet received any reply from the Worcestershire County Council concerning the proposal to erect dwelling-houses on the site known as Fish Hill, Broadway; and if he is prepared to take such steps as may be necessary to secure this site for the nation?

My right hon. Friend has received a reply from the county council. The Rural District Council of Evesham have passed a resolution to prepare a planning scheme for the whole of the -rural district. The council contemplate the purchase of the slopes of Fish Hill overlooking the village.
