§ Sir J. GILMOURUnder Section 3 of the Police Pensions Act, 1921, the widow of a member of a police force of two years' service is entitled to a pension if he dies from the effects of an injury received on duty without his own default. If he dies while in the force from any other cause his widow receives a gratuity.
