§ Lieut.-Colonel HEADLAMYes Sir. As a result of a review by my Department and the railway companies of the financial and statistical information furnished by the companies under various statutory requirements the returns were substantially modified as from 1st January, 1932, with a consequent material reduction in the work previously involved.
