§ Mr. RAMSBOTHAMNo application of the kind mentioned by my hon. Friend has been received by the board. They have, however, recognised for the purposes of grant a Tutorial Class in Economic History under the control and direction of the Oxford University Joint Committee, which is held at the Common Boom of the Lincoln Branch of the Workers' Educational Association.
