§ Sir H. BETTERTONBetween 25th January, 1932, and 23rd January, 1933, the numbers of unemployed persons registered at the Glossop Employment Exchange decreased from 2,540 to 1,766. During the same period the numbers registered at the Hadfield Employment Exchange decreased from 1,746 to 1,344.
