Captain PETER MACDONALDasked the Under-Secretary of State for Air whether he has now been able to secure any action with regard to the fact that, whereas foreign aircraft enjoy freedom from Customs duty on fuel taken on board by them in England, British machines purchasing fuel in foreign countries have in many eases to pay full Customs duty on such fuel?
