§ Mr. RUNCIMANAs at present advised I propose to consult the Association of British Chambers of Commerce, the Federation of British Industries, the Chamber of Shipping, the Liverpool Steamship Owners' Association and certain individual chambers of commerce and other bodies which are more particularly interested in this matter.
