Mr. STANLEYMy right hon. Friend the Lord President of the Council is not yet in a position to make any statement about the Cinematograph Fund beyond informing the hon. Member that the prescribed percentage for the purposes of the Sunday Entertainments Act, 1932, has from the 1st February, 1933, been declared to be 5 per cent.
