§ Mr. RUNCIMANMy attention has been drawn to the circular issued by the receiver for the debenture holders in Lamport and Holt, Limited. The Board of Trade, however, have no power to investigate the affairs of the company except on the application of shareholders holding not less than one-tenth of the shares issued.
