§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERI have received the Report. I propose to publish it when I have received the considered views of the Governors concerned upon the recommendations.
§ Major MILNERCan the right hon. Gentleman give the House any idea when that time will arrive?
§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERNo. I do not think I can. It is obviously desirable that the Governors should have an opportunity of considering the matter in great detail, and possibly considering it at the Governors' Conference, while I should like to have an opportunity of discussing it with them when I go out to East Africa in January.
