§ Lieut.-Colonel J. COLVILLE (Secretary, Overseas Trade Department)The date of the last published report was December, 1930. The reports of the British Economic Mission and of the 1284 British Cotton Mission to the Far East in 1930–31 were published in April, 1931. A report to the Department of Overseas Trade compiled by the Commercial Counsellor at Shanghai will be issued as a Stationery Office publication, in about five weeks' time.
