§ Sir J. SIMONThe Kowloon extension was leased in 1898 for a term of 99 years, and no alteration in the present position is contemplated.
§ Mr. NUNNWill the right hon. Gentleman make inquiries as to whether any consultation has taken place between the Chinese authorities at Canton and the British Consular authorities?
