Mr. J. H. THOMASI understand that the report of the Royal Commission has within the last few days been submitted to the Victorian Government, but I am not at the moment in a position to make a further statement.
§ Mr. MAXTONCan the right hon. Gentleman say whether that report will be submitted to him, and if he will have any right of action on the proposals made in the report?
§ Mr. MAXTONIs the right hon. Gentleman not aware that some particulars of the report have appeared in the newspapers already?
