§ Mr. SHAKESPEARENo such report has reached my right hon. Friend from the Lancashire Mental Hospitals' Board. In December last he called the attention of the public assistance authority to a report made by a Commissioner of the 1431 Board of Control on this matter, and my right hon. Friend is informed that the public assistance authority are now in communication with the Lancashire Mental Hospitals' Board.
