COLVILLE (Secretary, Overseas Trade Department)As I have already informed the House, the Advisory Committee are not at present prepared to recommend the granting of guarantees covering credits of more than 18 months in respect of exports to Russia. As regards the amount of such guarantees, this must be determined by circumstances which are the subject of close examination by the Committee in consultation with His Majesty's Government.
