§ Sir J. GILMOURThis matter is under consideration, and having regard to the heavy programme before the Government I can make no statement upon it at present. But my hon. Friend may care to know that a conference with trade representatives has been held and agreement has been secured for the establishment of a voluntary body of control, as recommended by the committee.
