§ Sir J. SIMONI would refer my hon. Friend to the answer given by the Under-Secretary of State to my Noble Friend the Member for Lonsdale (Lord Balniel) on the 14th of September, 1931. I have been in communication with other Departments concerned, and think it would be expedient to give no further answer at present.
