§ Sir J. SIMONNo, Sir. I have as yet received no reply from the Soviet Government. As regards the last part of the question, the hon. Member will recall that the Prime Minister stated in this House on the 17th November, that His Majesty's Government are prepared at any time to go forward when they receive a reply from Russia.
