§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAThe recommendations of the Royal Commission have been referred to negotiating bodies of official and staff representatives. Of these, the Temporary Staffs Committee has issued a report on which action has been taken by the. Government, and I am sending the hon. and gallant Member a copy of the Report and relevant Treasury Circular.
