SIMONI have just received information that this matter has been further considered by the Council this morning, and that the Council decided to transmit the report for the consideration of the Assembly. This decision was taken with the full concurrence of the United Kingdom delegate, who is at the moment my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary.
§ Mr. JONESDoes that mean a special meeting of the Assembly, or have we to wait until the next meeting of the Assembly?
§ Sir J. SIMONIt means a special Assembly, which, as the hon. Member knows, has already met on the matter, and which will now be re-summoned.
