§ Mr. HORE-BELISHANo payments have been made to this country in respect of Inter-Allied War Debts in the last 12 months. The only payments made in respect of Dominion War Debts have been two instalments each of £163,750 which were made by the Government of the Union of South Africa in accordance with the generous decision of that Government not to avail themselves of the offer of a suspension of payments during the Hoover year.
