COLLINSThe banks have asked that the name of the Treasury's representative on the board of directors may be communicated to them before they proceed with the incorporation of the Scottish Agricultural Securities Corporation. I understand that the Treasury expect to be in a position to nominate their representative at an early date, and I hope therefore that incorporation will shortly proceed.
