§ Mr. PYBUSI assume that my hon. Friend is referring to the proposal of certain private interests to erect a toll bridge. On this assumption I would refer him to the answer which I gave to the question asked by the hon. Member for Bristol Central (Lord Apsley) on the 26th October last, of which I am sending him a copy.
