HC Deb 10 November 1932 vol 270 c492
27. Mr. GRAHAM WHITE

asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Education if he can state what action is to be taken to give effect to the recommendations of the Committee on Private Schools?

Mr. RAMSBOTHAM

I am not in a position to add anything to the answer given on the 2nd June last by the late Sir Donald Maclean to the hon. and gallant Member for North-East Bethnal Green (Major Nathan). There can in any case be no question of proceeding in the near future with the legislation which would be required to give effect to the main recommendations of this committee.
