asked the Secretary for Mines what were the actual local rates per ton of coal raised in 1913, 1920, 1928, 1929, 1930 and 1931, respectively, and paid to local authorities in the Northumberland and Durham county areas?

Is the hon. Member aware that the mines in the county of Durham are not benefiting to the extent which it was understood they would benefit under the De-rating Act?
