§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAMy right hon. Friend has decided to have prepared as soon as possible a Return of Revenue and Expenditure for England and Scotland similar in form to that which was last issued in 1922. I hope that this return 191 will be ready for publication early in December, and that the information contained in it will be sufficient for my hon. and gallant Friend's purpose.
