§ Sir K. WOODThe present rates are 6d., 9d., Is., and 1s. 3d. for parcels up to 2, 5, 8, and 11 lb. respectively. In view of the loss which is at present incurred on the parcel post I regret that I am not in a position to reduce the rates.
