§ Sir J. GILMOURThere were 51 fatalities in street accidents among children under five in the Metropolitan Police District and City of London during the year ended 30th September last. I regret that figures for non-fatal accidents to children under five, and for fatal or non-fatal accidents to such children for the country as a whole, could not be obtained without incurring considerable expense.
