§ Sir J. GILMOURI recognise that the procession referred to interferes with traffic on a number of important routes, and if it is in accordance with the general desire, I should be willing to consult the authorities concerned with a view to minimising the inconvenience thus caused by any such modification of the present arrangements as may be practicable.
