Mr. THOMASI am not yet in a position to give the numbers of the United Kingdom delegation to the Ottawa Conference. His Majesty's Government in Canada have kindly offered to provide hospitality for the delegation; and arrangements for accommodation are in the hands of the Canadian Government.

Mr. THOMASIt is contemplated that the only delegates of His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom should be those Members of the Cabinet whose names have already been announced to the House by the Prime Minister.
